Before registering for the scheme, all the applicants should check whether he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

• The applicant should be a native of Uttarakhand.
• The applicant should be a student of class 12th.
• Applicant should belong to SC/ST/General Caste.
• The annual income of the applicant should not be more than Rs 15976 (rural area) and Rs 21206 (urban area) or applicant should belong to BPL category.
