UPTET 2021 New Exam Date Out: UPBEB has released the new UPTET 2021 Exam Schedule on 22nd December 2021 on the official website http://updeled.gov.in. As per the new notice, the UPTET 2021 Exam will be conducted again on 23rd January 2022. The candidates who have applied for UPTET 2021 will be issued with a fresh UPTET Admit Card which is to be released on 12th January 2022. UPTET 2021 Examination will be conducted in 2 sessions. The Primary Level Teachers exam will be held in the morning session (10:00 to 12:30) and Upper Primary Level Teachers in the evening session (02:30 to 05:00).
UPTET 2021 Exam
The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) is a state-level teaching eligibility exam conducted by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB). The state-level UPTET examination is held once a year to recruit eligible teachers for the primary (classes 1 to 5) and upper primary (classes 6 to 8) classes at various Government & Government-aided schools across the state. UPTET is the minimum qualification required in Uttar Pradesh for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for Classes I to VIII.

UPTET Eligibility Criteria / Educational Qualification : To apply for UPTET, candidates must fulfill the given criteria:
for primary level teacher: Candidates should have Graduation degree with minimum 50% marks, 2 years Diploma in Special Education (D.Ed) OR BTC Training from UP OR 4 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR BTC (Urdu) 2 years course OR Intermediate with 04 Years B.El.Ed Course.
For upper primary level teacher Candidates should have Graduation Degree with Minimum 50% Marks OR B.Ed in Pedagogy BTC Training from UP. OR 2 Years Program in BTC OR Intermediate with 04 Years B.El.Ed Course.
UPTET exam will be for primary level and upper primary level. The classification for primary and upper primary will be as follows:
Primary Level : The one who wants to be a teacher for class 1st to 5th.
upper primary level: The one who wants to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Application fee : UPTET application fee may be increased this year. There will be fee relaxation for physically handicapped candidates. The expected fee for UPTET can be as follows:
SC/ST Category Candidates: Rs.400/-
General & OBC Candidates: Rs.600/-
PWD Candidates: Rs.200/-
