Now, these schools will have to give the information sought under RTI. Now under the Right to Information Act in the departments related to the Municipal Corporation, you can now submit RTI online. Now applications and appeals under Right to Information will be further expanded in Uttar Pradesh. Now RTI will be implemented in the zone and divisional level offices of the Divisional Commissioner (Commissioner’s Office), District Magistrate (DM Office) and Home Department (Home & Police Departments). Fee payment under RTI
A fee of Rs 10 has been fixed by the Government of India for seeking information under RTI. If the applicant is from a BPL family, then no fee will be charged from him, but the applicant will have to include photocopies of documents related to the application.

How To File UP RTI
- First official website https://rtionline.up.gov.in/index.php Go to
- Now click on Submit Request in the menu.

- Now a page will come in front of you saying click in the box given below and click on submit button.

- Now the Online RTI Request Form will open in front of you. Fill in the given information and hit the submit button.
- The application form will open. Fill all the information asked in it correctly.

Case 1:- For Applicant Below Poverty
- You have to click on the Yes button in the field with Is applicant below the poverty line.
- You will also need to upload a BPL certified certificate. Relevant documents should be in pdf format.

- After that click on submit button.
- Now you will get a registration number that you can use in future. Keep it safe or print this slip and keep it.
Case 1:- For Applicant Belonging to Non-BPL Category
- You have to click on the No button in the field with Is applicant below the poverty line.
- After that click on submit button.
- Now it will open in front of you. Fill it correctly and submit.
- Now the Online Request Payment Form will open in front of you.
- After this click on the RTI Online Payment button and click on the Pay button.
- After this, the form will be redirected on the SBI page

The applicant can pay the prescribed fee through the following modes:-
- Select Payment Mode: Net Banking
- Net Banking: Select your bank, and then click on the Proceed button.
- The new window shown below will appear
- Reference number and challenge number will not be generated after successful payment is executed.
