But now the UP government has computerized all the land record activities in the state.

Bhulekh UP is an online portal that holds full life of UP Khatauni and other land information. This computerized system is very systematic and transparent as compared to the previous system. Every citizen can easily check their land records information from their homes. They no longer have to go to the Revenue Office, UP Patwari or any other concerned office to know a small piece of information.

UP Bhulekh Khasra Khatoni Online Verification

You can check the copy of Khatauni (copy of Khatauni) on Bhulekh by following the procedure shared below. To make it easy for you, we have explained the whole process with the help of pictures.

• Visit the official website :- For this you have to visit the official portal of Bhulekh UP i.e. http://upbhulekh.gov.in will go on.
• Open Related Links :- On the homepage of the portal, you will find various links. You have to click on the link “View Khatauni (Record of Rights)”.

• Enter captcha code :- A dialog box will appear and you need to enter the captcha code shown. Before clicking on the submit button, you must ensure that you have entered the code correctly as it is case sensitive.

• Select District :- Now, you have to select the district from the list as shown in the picture.

• Select Tehsil :- On selecting a district, a list of all the tehsils falling under that district will appear. You have to select the respective Tehsil from the list.

• Select Village :- Once you have selected the tehsil a list of village will appear and you have to select your village. You can make it easy by selecting the first letter of your village from the below option.

• Enter Credentials :- Now you have to enter valid information in the space provided. You are given three options to search. You can search by entering Gata Number / Khasra or Account Number or Account Holder Name.

• Check Account Details :- Now, you can see your account details on your screen. It contains information like account holder name, crop year, district, area, land record number, order, area etc.

• Save Details :- Lastly, if you want you can save the page or take a screenshot for reference. However, the details about your land is already in the database and you can check it anytime, anywhere, whenever you need it.

If you want to check other land records on Bhulekh UP like Revenue Village Khatauni, Unique Code of Plot/Gate, Plot Status etc. records other than Khatauni copy you can follow the same procedure given above . You must have your Khasra or Gata number to check various records of your land. Without a valid Khasra number, you cannot check your records.
