Telangana government is all set to make a big announcement to launch the KCR Aapthabandhu Ambulance Scheme. Under this scheme, unemployed youth of the Most Backward Classes (MBC) category will get financial assistance from the BC Corporation. The TS government will launch this KCR Apathabandhu scheme for the comprehensive development of the backward communities. The new scheme is to be announced on 27 April 2022. The decision to launch the KCR Apathabandhu scheme was taken by the BC Welfare Ministry in a review meeting held at BC Kalyan Bhawan on 28 February 2020 last year.

Under the KCR Apathabandhu scheme, a group of 5 unemployed youth will be formed and these youths will operate the ambulance. The state government is planning to launch Telangana KCR Apathabandhu Ambulance Scheme as a pilot project. In this pilot phase, the state government will provide 1 KCR Apathabandhu ambulance for each district of the state. After the successful implementation of the pilot project, the scheme will be expanded to cover more unemployed candidates.

According to official sources, under this scheme, the state government will provide skill development for the self-employed, and distribute ambulances to youth and sewing machines to women. In order to have access to quality education, most BC residential schools will be upgraded as junior colleges. The government has allocated Rs 5,500 crore for BC welfare in the new financial year of 2021-22 and a major chunk of the money will be used. the scheme. All the 72 castes, which fall under the BC category, will be provided with sufficient funds to get the benefits of the scheme. A fund of Rs 100 crore will be created to develop skills among poor women in backward communities.

They are being offered skill development in various fields from reputed institutes like the National Institute of Fashion Technology and Food Processing Industry to develop their business firm. Officials said Rs 300 crore would be spent in the current financial year for providing training in AC repair and bike and car mechanic works for unemployed youth. Special coaching centres for BC students preparing for competitive examinations will be set up in all the identified districts under the new scheme. Corporate level education facilities from Level 1 to Intermediate level will be introduced and all existing residential educational institutions will be upgraded accordingly.

Need for KCR Aprabandhu Scheme in Telangana

Although officials claim that Chief Minister K. This is to be done with the help of 11 associations in their respected areas of expertise. In addition, the state government departments will now recruit more welfare officers.

The BC Welfare Minister will also visit the districts to review the functioning of the Gurukulams. He urges all ministers as well as public representatives to make it a point to visit Gurukuls during the Chal Patan Pragati programme.
