MP Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana Registration has been started by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana is a new scheme launched by the state government of Madhya Pradesh. In this CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana (Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana), farmers will get Rs 10,000 per year as financial assistance. Farmers can now apply online by filling Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana application form and can also check their name in the list of beneficiaries. Moreover, farmers can now track for CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana Payment Status. Recently in MP Budget 2022-23, State Govt. 3200 crore has been allocated for the successful implementation of the scheme.

Under the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana, all the beneficiary farmers of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will now be given Rs 4000 per year by the Madhya Pradesh government. In this way the beneficiary farmers of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will get total 10000 rupees under this farmer welfare scheme. Madhya Pradesh government will deposit Rs 4000 in 2 installments in a year. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced to provide Rs 10,000 to all the farmers of the state. Out of this amount, Rs 6,000 will be given by the central government under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and Rs 4,000 will be added by the MP government under Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana.

MP Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana Registration / Application Form

There is no need to make any new application under the Kisan Kalyan Yojana, all the farmers who are taking benefit of the Samman Nidhi scheme in the state will get the benefit of this scheme. The information of the farmers to be benefited will be recorded on the Kisan Samman Nidhi portal. The Patwari of the area will verify the information. Farmers will have to physically apply to the Patwari of the area only once. Further process will be done on mobile only. Farmers will also get information about the amount received on their mobile.

As per the guidelines, the farmers who are still not registered for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will have to first register for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Providing complete protection cycle to farmers

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the government is providing complete security circle to the farmers of the state. Madhya Pradesh government is taking decisions one after the other in the interest of farmers. First, a scheme to provide crop loans to farmers at zero percent interest rate was started. Then the amount of crop insurance of previous years was kept in their accounts. Today, Kisan Credit Card details were made to 67 thousand farmers, livestock farmers and fish farmers of the remaining state due to the receipt of credit cards. Simultaneously, assistance amounting to Rs 800 crore was transferred to the accounts of cooperative societies. Now farmers will be benefited through the Chief Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

Soon the rebel farmers of the state were also given a list of credit cards. Instructions have been given by the government to start the process of this Kisan Kalyan Yojana from September 24, so that on September 25, the transfer of funds can be started in the accounts of farmers.

Existing PM Kisan Beneficiary Process

As per the guidelines, all the farmers who are already getting the benefits of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana are automatically registered in the Kisan Kalyan Yojana. Such beneficiary farmers who are already receiving Rs 6,000 per annum from the central government are already covered under the MKKY scheme. Each of the existing PM-Kisan Yojana beneficiary farmer will not have to fill any separate Kisan Kalyan Yojana application/registration form to apply online to get additional Rs.4,000.

Eligibility Criteria for MP Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana

The eligibility criteria of MP Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana is similar to that of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. It shows that all eligible PM Kisan beneficiaries of Madhya Pradesh are now getting Rs 10,000 per year. The following categories of beneficiaries of high economic status will not be eligible for benefits under the scheme. All institutional land holders who are in one or more of the following categories along with other institutional lands are not eligible.

  • Former and current holders of constitutional posts
  • Former and present Ministers / Ministers of State and former / present members of Lok Sabha / Rajya Sabha / State Legislative Assemblies / State Legislative Councils, former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, former and present Speakers of District Panchayats.
  • All serving or retired officers and employees of Central/State Government Ministries/Offices/Departments and its field units Central or State PSUs and attached Offices/Govt as well as regular employees of Local Bodies (Multi Tasking Staff/Class IV Regular Employees) / Group D Employees)
  • All superannuated / retired pensioners whose monthly pension does not exceed Rs. 10,000/- above (Except for the said Category Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV / Group D Employees)
  • All persons paying income tax in the last assessment year
  • Professionals like doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants and architects registered with professional bodies and carrying on the profession by practicing

Aid amount to farmers in MKKY scheme

Till now, the central government provides Rs 6,000 per year to the farmers under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Now the MP state government will add Rs 4,000 per year to that amount under the CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana (Mukhya Kisan Kalyan Yojana). Accordingly, the distribution of Rs 10,000 per annum to all PM-Kisan beneficiary farmers will be given below:-

  • Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: 3 installments of Rs 6,000 to total Rs 6,000 in a year.
  • Under Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana: 2 installments of Rs 2 in a year up to a total of Rs 4,000.

Thus each farmer of Madhya Pradesh will be eligible to receive 5 equal installments of Rs 2,000 each, totaling Rs 10000 per annum. Taking a new initiative towards the welfare of farmers, the launch of new MP Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana 2020-2021.

CM Shivraj Singh wrote in the tweet, ‘In PM Kisan Yojana, farmers were getting Rs 6,000 per year in 3 equal installments of Rs 2,000 each. Now the state government will add on 2 installments of Rs 2,000 each and provide Rs 10,000 to the farmers.”
