The process of adding a new name on the ration card is as simple as the process of removing the name from the ration card. Add Member Name in Ration Card Through Online

You have to follow the following steps to add new member like son/daughter or wife/husband name on ration card.

• On the home page, you will find a column “Ration Card Services” will get.

• Fill the new member details such as gender, date of birth, relationship with the head of the family, etc.
• Attach a birth certificate (in case of birth or adopted child) or name deletion certificate (recorded in case of member through marriage).
• It should be a scanned or xerox copy of the original certificate issued and authorized by the government.
• Attach the application form along with the certificate and submit it to the same office.

After 15-20 working days, the revised ration card can be collected at the nearest ration dealer shop or from the Food and Civil Supplies Department office in the local area. The way to apply is different, the process is same for both the methods.
