E-Sampada Portal Registration 2022

Directorate of Estates welcomes all the allottees/stakeholders to its new e-SAMPADA portal which can be accessed at www.esampada.mohua.gov.in. The directorate has also developed an eSampada mobile app launched on 25th December 2020. People can check the details of E-Sampada web portal and download E-Sampada App to avail all the services on the go. All the allottees/stakeholders are requested to login to the new web portal using their registered email or mobile number and enter their details to avail any service.

The main objective of the e-SAMPADA portal and eSampada App is to promote transparency and accountability to ensure a living for the citizens. Directorate of Estates, MoHUA, has launched ESampada Portal and E-Sampada App as a single window for various services. The services include allotment of over 1 lakh government residential residences, allotment of offices to government organizations in 45 office complexes across 28 cities, booking of 1,176 holiday home rooms and space for 5, Ashoka Road for social functions etc.

MoHUA e-SAMPADA Portal

The Central Government has launched the e-Sampada portal on the Good Governance Day on 25 December 2020, the birth anniversary of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. This ESampada portal will facilitate the government’s effort to provide One Nation One System. The direct link to access the web portal is https://esampada.mohua.gov.in/signin/. Now 4 websites of Directorate of Estates have been integrated into one which are as follows:-

• eaawas.nic.in
• estates.gov.in
• holidayhomes.nic.in

This merger paves the way for all services on a common platform of e-sampada across the country.

government residential accommodation

The main service of Directorate of Estates is to allot Government residential accommodation to the officers of eligible offices of Government of India. The allotment process is fully automatic and allotment is done through online application. Along with allotment, the directorate provides services such as:-

• retention of accommodation
• regularization of accommodation
• Allotment of accommodation on temporary basis (marriage purpose, etc.)
• Clearance / No Demand Certificate
• Action taken against suicide

The accommodation is allotted as per the eligibility of the applicant. Eligibility is influenced by a number of factors

• date of joining government service
• your promotion date
• your pay level
• The pool you are eligible for (Part III of CGGPRA Rules, 2017)

Holiday Homes and Touring Officers Hostel

Directorate of Estates manages the booking of Government of India Holiday Homes and Touring Officers Hostel (TOH) which is maintained by the Central Public Works Department. All Holiday Homes and Touring Officers Hostels have a variety of rooms to meet the varied needs of the guests. All booking and payment of Holiday Homes and TOH is done online through e-SAMPADA website and mobile app. Booking is done on a ‘first come, first served’ basis subject to the fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility, deadline and payment of booking fee etc. The e-SAMPADA portal will provide services for:-

• Serving/Retired Central Government Employees
• State Government Servant/Retired Employees
• Serving / Retired Employees of Union Territories
• Serving / Retired Employees of Central / State PSUs / Autonomous Bodies / Statutory Bodies

5 Ashok Road Venue Booking

A Type VIII bungalow in the city center is allotted for marriage and social purposes on payment of license fee for a maximum period of 5 days. The process of allotment of 5 Ashoka Road is governed by the policy framed from time to time and maintained by CPWD. The site is allotted, on payment of license fee, as per the list of priority as per the rules governing the allotment of bungalows.

Booking of Vigyan Bhavan on e-SAMPADA Portal

Built in 1956, Vigyan Bhawan forms the main center for international conferences and other meetings organized by various government and private organizations. Directorate of Estates is the custodian of Vigyan Bhawan since 2nd December, 1992. On payment of license fee, important buildings and various halls of Vigyan Bhawan are allotted for seminars on priority basis as per the rules of allotment. Other places like Kidwai Nagar (East) Lawn in New Delhi and Fugly Club in Shimla can also be booked on the e-SAMPADA portal.

Directorate of Estates manages the allotment of office accommodation at Delhi and all its stations. Based on the availability of office space, the eligible central government offices are allotted seats. Offices are allotted office space considering parameters like employee strength, etc. Ministerial residences are also managed by Directorate of Estates.

Market booking on ESPada Portal

The Directorate of Estates manages the allotment and ownership rights of INA Market as well as the newly constructed markets at New Moti Bagh and Kidwai Nagar (East).

The e-SAMPADA portal is an important step towards promoting e-governance to promote transparency and accountability in providing various estate services like allocation, retention, regularization, no dues certificate etc. E-SAMPADA is developed to simplify the processes and bring about uniformity. system across India. Apart from the e-Sampada web portal, the central government has also launched the eSampada mobile app. ESampada app is available to download from Google play store for all smartphone users.

Two mobile apps of Directorate of Estates namely m-Awas and m-Ashoka5 have been integrated into one. Real time information on asset utilization and service delivery will facilitate optimum utilization of resources. Automated processes will reduce human intervention and bring more transparency.
