DDA Housing Scheme 2022

Delhi Development Authority will invite the DDA Awas Yojana Online Application Form at dda.org.in or eservices.dda.org.in. The DDA approved the launch of a new housing scheme on 24 November 2021, and a senior DDA official said that people could apply for the scheme till 7 February 2022. The online particular housing scheme will be conducted for around 18,000 flats of different locations. The authority said that it would soon share more plan details, including the launch date.

The decision to launch the DDA Online Special Housing Scheme was taken during an online meeting of the authority of DDA held on 24 November 2021 under the chairmanship of the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Anil Baijal, Chairman of DDA. A statement said that the flats are being offered at a discount to the old rates or DDA’s cost policy, which is updated every financial year based on the cost of land or building appreciation or depreciation. The statement said.

While the flats offered under the scheme remained unsold in the previous housing schemes, DDA is offering flats at old rates and cost through relaxation in its cost policy. The entire process from application to allotment and possession is being done online mode, and the allottee only needs to visit the DDA office to execute the transfer deed.

The authority also said that its flats in the Narela sub-city were being offered after taking several remedial measures to improve infrastructure, security, and connectivity based on the suggestions and feedback of the allottees and residents of the area.

Number/category of flats in DDA housing scheme

The online Vishesh Awas Yojana has over 18,000 flats on sale in 4 categories – High Income Group (HIG) Flats, Middle Income Group (MIG), Low Income Group (LIG), and Janata Flats – namely Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, and Narela. There are 202 3BHK flats in the HIG category, out of which 182 are in Jasola. Their price ranges from Rs 1.9 to 2.1 crore. In the same category, Vasant Kunj Block F also has 202 2-BHKs, which cost around Rs 1.3 crore. There are 976 flats in the MIG category in Dwarka Sector 19, Dwarka Sector 16, Narela Sector A1.

The DDA also introduced a provision to enforce leave of premises for undertaking in situ projects by allowing penal action against the developer, concessionaire, or resident who fails to co-operate with the DDA at any stage due to delay in the implementation of the project. Approved.

DDA Housing Scheme Online Application Process

The process of applying for possession of flats through the new DDA Awas Yojana’s newly developed housing software was completely online. Award/Size of Flats in DDA Housing Scheme
