Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal

Haryana Government has launched Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal at atmanirbhar.haryana.gov.in for economic and banking services. Now people can apply online and book bank slots (limited to cash deposit/withdrawal) for bank loan under Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme. In addition, people can get access to postal banking services for cash disbursement at home from a minimum of Rs 1,000 to a maximum of Rs 10,000 for Aadhaar linked accounts.

The new Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal will help the needy people and make them self-reliant within the spirit of Antyodaya. People will be able to take bank loan without any collateral and 2% amount of interest will be borne by the state government. Through this portal, people can take 3 types of loans in Differential Rate of Interest (DRI) Scheme, Shishu Mudra Loan Scheme and Education Loan Scheme.

Given below is the complete procedure to fill Haryana Bank Loan Online Application / Registration Form:-

• First of all you have to visit the official portal of Haryana Government’s self-reliant Haryana. https://atmanirbhar.haryana.gov.in/ will go on.
• then on the home page “Application for Bank Loan” under which “Click here” Click the link.

Components of Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme

People can now apply online for bank loan under Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme at Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal. These loans will be given in 3 categories like DRI Scheme, Shishu Loan under Mudra Yojana and Education Loan.

DRI Loan Scheme

Under the Differential Rate of Interest Loan Scheme (DRI), applicants will get collateral free loans. For this purpose, the applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana. Applicants’ annual family income should not exceed Rs 18,000 in rural areas and Rs 24,000 in urban areas. Candidates should not receive any subsidy benefit from any Central / State Government Scheme. If the applicant has a DRI loan, the beneficiaries should not have an alternate source of income. The DRI loan application form will be displayed on the Aatmanirbhar Haryana portal as shown below:-

There should not be any property in the name of the applicant. Applicant should not have more than 1 acre of irrigated land and 2.5 acres of non-irrigated land. SC / ST category people will be eligible for the loan. Also, applicants should not be loan defaulters. The requirement of a family income certificate has been simplified by linking Aadhaar with Parihar Pechan Patra.

Shishu Loan Under Mudra Yojana

If a person or businessman wants to start a new business or expand his existing business, then through this self-reliant Haryana portal, people can get loan up to Rs 50,000 in the form of Shishu loan under Mudra Yojana . For this purpose, the applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana. The Shishu loan application form under Mudra Yojana will appear as follows on the Aatmanirbhar Haryana portal:-

Applicant can be an Individual / Proprietor / Partnership Business / LLP / Private / Public Limited Company. All those companies which are involved in manufacturing, trading, service sector enterprises, MSMEs will be eligible. Further, the applicant firm should not be a loan defaulter.
